  • Enter the correct Product Model Number or Product Name.
  • Mention complete address with PIN code for service availability.
  • Select the appropriate Request Type carefully.
  • Provide additional issue details in the Message section for better assistance.

If you select Demo as the request type, your request will automatically be forwarded to the brand’s demo/support team.

Complaint / Repair / Installation Requests

If you select:

  • Complaint
  • Repair
  • Installation

your request will automatically be routed to the respective customer care/support department of the selected brand.

Providing the purchase date helps us process installation, complaint, and repair requests more efficiently.

After successful submission:

  • Your request will be securely registered in our support system.
  • The respective support team will receive your request.
  • You will see a confirmation message on successful submission.
